📌 Responsibilities
— Setting up, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns (main channel — VK);
— Testing hypotheses (audiences, creatives, offers);
— Building and launching ad funnels/bundles;
— Managing budgets and monitoring performance;
— Analyzing key metrics, calculating media plans (CPL, CTR, conversions, etc.);
— Optimizing campaigns (turning off ineffective ones, scaling successful ones);
— Working with audiences (segmentation, parsing, retargeting, look-alike);
— Collaborating with the team (designers, SMM strategists, copywriters, managers).
📌 What we expect
— At least 1 year of experience as a targeted ads specialist (preferably in an agency or across different niches);
— Confident command of advertising platforms;
— Understanding of sales funnels and lead generation.

— Work schedule: 5/2 from 10:30 to 19:00, days off are Saturday and Sunday plus all public holidays according to the labor calendar.
