• Set up targeted advertising
• Conduct A/B testing
• Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
• Create advertising creatives
• Prepare reports on campaign results

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a targeting specialist
• Experience in a digital agency or commercial company is a plus
• Portfolio with successful promotion cases
