What is needed: retargeting of the existing customer base, launching and managing Google Ads for an international project, finding working approaches for a niche with moderation restrictions ---> Important: hands-on experience is mandatory, understanding of Google moderation / bans / warming, understanding of contextual advertising — experience with gray/limited niches will be a plus 
📌 Responsibilities
— Setting up and managing advertising campaigns in contextual advertising and other systems;
— Working with retargeting and customer lists;
— Creating and testing pre-landers / funnels;
— Finding working approaches for the social media marketing niche;
— Working with moderation and restrictions of advertising systems;
— Preparing advertising materials and funnels for launch;
— Analyzing advertising performance and optimizing campaigns;
— Scaling working ad funnels;
— Testing new approaches and traffic sources.
📌 What we expect
— Hands-on experience with Google Ads;
— Experience launching and managing advertising campaigns in complex / restricted niches;
— Understanding of how moderation, restrictions, and risks of advertising systems work;
— Skills in creating and testing pre-landers / ad funnels;

— Experience with retargeting and customer lists will be a plus;

— Real cases and experience working with budgets;

— Understanding of gray/limited traffic niches (will be a plus).
