Senior Targetologist

📋 What you will do

• Launch ad campaigns in Facebook and VK Ads
• Develop hypotheses, test targeting options and ad formats
• Create monthly media plans and performance forecasts
• Set up ad accounts, pixels, conversion events, and retargeting
• Design ad creatives independently and in collaboration with designers
• Prepare technical specifications for landing page and website optimization
• Conduct competitor and target audience analysis

• 3+ years of experience in targeted advertising
• Proven expertise in promoting EdTech projects with monthly budgets of 500,000+ RUB
• In-depth understanding of CPL, CTR, CAC, and other performance metrics
• Deep marketing knowledge and awareness of social media trends
• Drive for professional growth
• Ability to provide case studies

🎁 What we offer
