📋 What you will do
- Own and optimize paid acquisition channels including search, social, and display
- Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue targets
- Partner with Content and Product Marketing to develop high-converting assets
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI targets across channels
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns using full-funnel metrics
- Test and scale new channels, audiences, and AI-driven use cases

HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce
Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau

English (fluent)
✅ What we expect
- Proven experience in B2B performance or demand marketing within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of AI-powered products and performance-driven buyer behavior
- Demonstrated success managing paid media programs that drive pipeline and revenue
- Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote
- Mandatory experience working with US- or UK-based companies
