📋 What you will do

  • Own and optimize paid acquisition channels including search, social, and display
  • Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue targets
  • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to develop high-converting assets
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI targets across channels
  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns using full-funnel metrics
  • Test and scale new channels, audiences, and AI-driven use cases

🛠 Stack and skills

Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana English (fluent)

What we expect

  • Proven experience in B2B performance or demand marketing within a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered products and performance-driven buyer behavior
  • Demonstrated success managing paid media programs that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote
  • Mandatory experience working with US- or UK-based companies
