📋 What you will do
- Define the technical approach for a product initiative
- Design the architecture, data model, integrations, and rollout plan
- Set up observability and rollback strategy
- Direct AI coding agents to implement most of the code
- Own code quality, tests, and production-ready delivery
- Work with the PM and designer to frame the problem and product decisions
- Collaborate with engineers on adjacent initiatives in a shared codebase
- Run the post-launch review and own the outcome against the metric
