Staff Software Engineer, Product (Belo Horizonte)

📋 What you will do

• Act as the engineering anchor for a product initiative alongside a PM and a designer
• Define the technical approach, architecture, data model, and rollout plan
• Direct AI agents to implement most of the code
• Ship to production and own the outcome with the team
• Design prompts, guardrails, evals, tests, and the review loop for safe development
• Collaborate cross-functionally with adjacent teams in a shared codebase
