Social Media Coordinator

📋 What you will do

• Ideate, create, and edit social-first content including Reels, TikToks, Stories, and carousels
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Optimize content for each platform regarding formatting, captions, audio, and timing
• Consistently manage and update content calendars to ensure timely publishing
• Monitor comments, DMs, and tagged content across all platforms
• Engage with audiences in a timely, brand-appropriate voice
• Coordinate assets from photographers and videographers including shot lists and edits
• Conceptualize content moments and social-first strategies for on-site event capture
• Pull and track performance data using Meta Business Suite and TikTok Studio
• Assist in building monthly analytics reports and monitoring engagement trends

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 2-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends
• Understanding of social media metrics and tracking tools
• Great writing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to specific brand voice
