📝 Description

📌 Responsibilities
— Search for ideas and analyze competitors;
— Work with a team of designers and the production team;
— Create creatives;
— Write texts / copywriting;
— Lead the creative process: organize and conduct photo shoots and video shoots;
— Independently shoot vertical content and stories, as well as edit videos;
— Develop a strategy and TOV for creative content presentation to be posted on our social media;
— Generate new ideas, formats, and content categories.
📌 What we expect
— Knowledge of key quantitative and qualitative metrics in SMM;
— Understanding of modern mechanics and trends in SMM;
— Readiness to work in a multitasking environment;
— Ability to work in a team;
— Ability to set tasks for the team (for creating more complex content);
— Agency-side experience will be an advantage. Proficiency in and experience using AI in tasks/projects will also be a plus.
