📝 Description

📌 Responsibilities
— Develop and implement SEO strategies taking into account new Google and Yandex algorithms (including MUM, SGE, YATI, Vega);
— Promotion for both search engines: Google (main focus) + Yandex (additional);
— Audit and optimize websites for E-E-A-T (expertise, experience, authoritativeness, trustworthiness);
— Analyze intent and work with the semantic core, including clustering by user scenarios;
— Optimize for SGE (Search Generative Experience) and adapt content for AI summaries;
— Work with AI tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, NeuronWriter, Screpy, etc. Quality control of AI content: correction, post-editing, tone of voice, structure, authorship;
— On-page SEO optimization: loading speed, technical fixes, structure, meta tags, schema markup, internal linking. Off-page SEO: backlink profile analysis, white-hat link building promotion, outreach.
📌 What we expect
— Deep understanding of modern Google algorithms (including Helpful Content, Core Web Vitals, SGE) and Yandex algorithms (including YATI/Vega/ICS);
— Confident use of tools: GA4, GSC, Yandex Metrica, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Serpstat, Netpeak, Semrush, RankMath / Yoast, Sitechecker;
— Experience creating, evaluating, and improving AI content;
— Skills working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Bitrix, Tilda, Shopify, etc.), knowledge of HTML/CSS;
— Understanding of website architecture and the basics of on-page and off-page optimization;
— Experience analyzing behavioral metrics (heatmaps, session recordings);
— A plus: experience with international promotion (EN/DE websites), ASO, marketplace optimization (OZON, Yandex.Market).
