📌 Responsibilities
— Audit the current SEO strategy, diagnose issues, and create an improvement plan;
— Formulate and test SEO hypotheses, prioritize and implement them;
— Analyze traffic, conversions, positions, competitors, seasonality, and demand;
— Build a long-term promotion strategy for the CIS (main focus — Yandex);
— Work with priorities, quality control, and deadlines;
— Set up processes for continuous monitoring of errors (duplicates, indexing, keyword stuffing, internal linking, etc.);
— Improve visibility in regions.
📌 What we expect
— Deep expertise in Yandex SEO, regional promotion, and commercial factors;
— Excellent understanding of technical SEO: indexing, canonicalization, duplicates, redirects, robots, sitemap, speed, mobile, logs;
— Confident use of tools: Yandex.Metrica, Yandex.Webmaster, Topvisor/Allposition, Key Collector, Netpeak, Screaming Frog, etc.;
— Ability to build and implement SEO strategies with measurable results;
— Experience in team collaboration: assigning tasks to developers, designers, and the content department.
