📝 Description

📌 Responsibilities
— Create high-quality user interfaces and experiences for mobile and web applications that align with business goals and user needs;
— Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas;
— Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user needs and gather feedback;
— Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure project consistency and feasibility;
— Participate in the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products;
— Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing to validate design solutions and make changes to projects based on feedback.
📌 Requirements
— Ability to work with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software;
— Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability standards, and accessibility;
— Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex design challenges;
— Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and their rationale to stakeholders;
— Fluency in Russian and Uzbek, technical English.
