• Collaborate with product engineering, management, and integration teams
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation for business users
• Maintain a cohesive narrative and flow across all documentation
• Keep pace with product development teams and style guidance

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (English, CS, or similar field)
• 3+ years of experience as a technical writer in Agile software companies
• Strong writing portfolio demonstrating technical accuracy
• Ability to work in US time zones (ideally CST)
• Experience writing detailed, user-focused documentation in fast-paced environments
