📋 What you will do

  • Manage international wholesale and package sales of used vehicles
  • Build, maintain, and scale international dealer networks with a focus on major buyers
  • Optimize package sales processes including pricing, offer structure, and marketing
  • Collaborate with international sellers, fleet operators, and OEMs to increase market share
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales and pricing strategies
  • Build and coach a small international sales team in the medium term
  • Monitor and report KPIs (sales, margin, lead times) to management and stakeholders

What we expect

  • At least 5 years of experience in international B2B automotive sales or fleet remarketing
  • Degree or commercial training focused on Automotive, Trade, Economics, or Logistics
  • Proven track record of success in package and wholesale used vehicle business
  • Deep understanding of the European used car market and its pricing structures
  • Experience in building and managing international dealer networks
