📋 What you will do

• Develop and launch traffic acquisition strategy in Facebook Ads (Meta)
• Launch and manage funnels from creatives and pre-landers to landing pages and handling
• Work with metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance
• Run A/B tests for creatives, headlines, audiences, formats, and placements
• Participate in offer creation and user journey optimization
• Write briefs for the production team and provide feedback on results

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• At least 5 years of experience with Meta Ads
• Proven cases of traffic scaling in international markets, especially LATAM
• Strong experience with cloaking schemes, agency accounts, and moderation bypass
• Experience buying traffic for mobile apps
• Independence and readiness to take ownership of results
