📌 What you will be doing
— Designing and implementing complex features across the full stack while adhering to architectural patterns (Facade, Repository, UoW);
— Developing and optimizing AI agent orchestration workflows, including multi-agent handoffs and RAG integration;
— Building reactive UI components using the Feature Slice Design (FSD) architecture with strict adherence to design tokens;
— Implementing asynchronous message processing systems with Redis batching and distributed locking;
— Optimizing database queries and vector search for multi-agent isolation and high performance;
— Participating in architectural decisions to scale for future growth.
📌 What we expect
— 5+ years of commercial backend development experience in one or more languages (Python, Go, Java, C#, TypeScript). The project’s main stack is Python (FastAPI) and TypeScript (NestJS);
— Understanding of core principles: API design, asynchronous processing, databases, queues, architectural patterns;
— Understanding of asynchronous programming: async/await, coroutines, generators, event loop;
— Basic frontend development knowledge (React/TypeScript, state management);
— Deep understanding of PostgreSQL: ACID, transaction isolation levels, indexes, EXPLAIN ANALYZE, query optimization, JSONB. Experience with Redis as cache/queue/storage;
— Experience with database migrations (Alembic). Knowledge of Flyway, Liquibase will be a plus. Experience with S3-compatible storage (MinIO, AWS S3). Experience with distributed systems, message queues (Celery, Bull/Redis) and microservices;
— Experience integrating LLMs into projects (chatbots, summarization, automation — at any level). Experience with Git (Git Flow, code review). Writing tests (pytest, Jest). Experience with ORM (SQLAlchemy).
