We have an open position in our team for a Senior Business Development Manager with experience to work in Russian, and we are also looking for a specialist to work with the international market.
📌 Responsibilities:
- Attracting new clients and developing commercial proposals;
- Building long-term relationships with existing clients, actively developing cross-sales;
- Holding meetings and presentations on behalf of the agency, participating in tenders and defending strategies as a digital expert;
- Analyzing the market and competitive landscape, assessing prospective clients and partners, discussing cooperation terms and signing contracts;
- Managing client interactions at all stages of the deal, maintaining records in CRM (Bitrix);
- Participating in professional events (conferences, meetups, etc.) and speaking as a presenter;
- Tracking trends and new technologies in the marketing market;
- Participating in tenders: analyzing requirements, preparing documentation, and developing competitive proposals
✅Candidate requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience;
- Experience in digital (traffic / mobile apps required);
- Experience working with foreign clients;
- English language level B2 or higher;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client base management skills;
- Ability to express thoughts clearly and competently both verbally and in writing;
- Experience attracting new business and maintaining productive client relationships;
- Understanding of business consulting, readiness to work in a startup environment, and ability to attract clients;
- Positive mindset and ability to work with a team to achieve commercial goals.
💸 Approximate salary level:
from 200.000₽ net
