📋 What you will do

• Identify and develop new strategic partnerships within the AdTech ecosystem
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners
• Lead commercial and partnership negotiations
• Work closely with the CEO and internal teams to support partner acquisition and growth

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• At least 3 years of direct experience in AdTech
• Experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales
• Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, publishers, ad networks, or related platforms
• Ability to identify, initiate, and grow commercial partnerships
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
