Senior Affiliate Manager at UFFILIATES UFFILIATES is an international affiliate company in the iGaming vertical. Due to expansion and internal changes, we are strengthening our affiliate department. 🔸Responsibilities: — Searching for and onboarding webmasters working with Tier 1–Tier 3 traffic; — Developing and scaling existing partners; — Daily communication with webmasters, identifying growth opportunities; — Selecting and offering relevant offers; — Analyzing reconciliations, monitoring KPIs, providing reports; — Attending industry conferences and meetups. 🔸Requirements: — 1 to 3 years of experience in affiliate / CPA; — 2+ years of experience in Gambling / Betting (preferably in affiliate networks); — Understanding of the CPA model, tracking, postbacks, key metrics; — English — working proficiency; — Preferably located outside the Russian Federation. ➕Will be a plus: — Own database of webmasters; — Experience scaling major partners; — Participation in industry conferences. 🔸Conditions: — High fixed salary + KPI; — Vacation — 28 calendar days; — Paid sick leave; — Equipment provided if needed; — Career growth opportunities. ➡️ To apply: send your CV and a brief description of your iGaming experience in direct messages — @sofa_Part 1️⃣3️⃣3️⃣4️⃣5️⃣6️⃣7️⃣8️⃣9️⃣👍
