Affiliate Manager | iGaming An international product project in the iGaming sector. Developing its own platform, with a distributed team, a remote-first approach, fast decision-making, and a focus on scaling. Responsibilities: 🔵 Searching for and attracting new webmasters and partners (GEO: CIS, priority — RU market); 🔵 Working with the existing partner base: development, retention, scaling; 🔵 Analyzing traffic quality and efficiency, working jointly with analytics; 🔵 Connecting, supporting, and optimizing partners in the tracker; 🔵 Monitoring partners’ KPI fulfillment; 🔵 Scaling successful traffic sources; 🔵 Monitoring the market, competitors, and offers; 🔵 Participating in industry conferences and offline meetings (2–3 times a year); 🔵 Main traffic sources: SEO, Telegram, Email. Requirements: 🟢 2–3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the Gambling / iGaming vertical; 🟢 Practical and up-to-date experience working with the RU / CIS market; 🟢 Understanding of various traffic sources and their specifics; 🟢 Experience attracting and scaling webmasters; 🟢 Skills in traffic analytics and working with metrics (FTD, GGR, ROI, etc.); 🟢 Ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships; 🟢 Independence, results orientation, proactivity.
