— Processing inbound traffic
— Conducting dialogues with leads, not only using scripts
— Closing and conversion
— Handling objections

— Experience working with LatAm 
— Understanding of the target audience and key metrics
— Ability to work without scripts
— Objection-handling skills
— Fast learning ability and flexibility
— Use of AI, experience working with AI

📌 Conditions
💰 Income: fixed pay per shift + KPI + bonuses
📅 Schedule: 6/1, 18:00-06:00 (Moscow time)
