📌 What you will be doing
— Identifying the "buying committee" (decision-makers and influencers) and determining the balance of influence within the organization when a deal decision is made;
— Identifying the personal interests (motives) of members of the "buying committee", corporate needs, and verifying them;
— Developing solutions and verifying that the solution aligns with the interests of all members of the "buying committee" and corporate needs, both independently and with the involvement of specialized experts;
— Preparing commercial proposals and specifications with justification of benefits for all members of the "buying committee", presenting solutions and commercial proposals, and handling objections.
📌 What we expect
— Successful experience in IT sales from 3 years to various client groups (retail, fuel and energy, manufacturing, telecommunications, banks, equipment, IT, services — B2B, B2G);
— Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate at a senior level;
— Strong analytical thinking, the ability to analyze a client and clearly identify their "pain points" and needs;
— High energy level and motivation to earn.
