What we expect: - Experience as an Affiliate / Sales / BD Manager in iGaming from 3 months. - Understanding of key metrics (CPL, CPA, RevShare, ROI, CR) and the ability to work with them. - Skills in finding and attracting partners (hunting, networking, working with chats/forums/events). - Ability to build long-term relationships with affiliates and partner teams. - Experience in negotiations and reaching mutually beneficial terms. - English proficiency sufficient for correspondence and calls (B1+). Will be a plus: - Experience working with Tier-1/2 - Knowledge of the traffic arbitrage market and trends. - Experience working with trackers and analytics tools - Personal pool of affiliate or media buyer contacts. What you will do: - Search for, attract, and onboard new partners. - Conduct negotiations, present offers and terms, and motivate partners to work. - Analyze partner traffic and provide recommendations to improve conversion and ROI. - Monitor KPI achievement and traffic quality. - Participate in product improvement and collect feedback on operations.
