📋 What you will do
- Lead the transition from a project-based firm to a scalable MRR-driven services business
- Own the full revenue engine: pipeline, sales, onboarding, delivery, and retention
- Lead a distributed global team managing performance through clear KPIs
- Drive MRR growth and close new business personally as needed
- Define the MRR-first commercial model: packaging, pricing, and scope controls
- Run weekly sales and operations cadences and maintain live scorecards
- Improve client retention to 95%+ by strengthening onboarding and communication
- Plan and manage team capacity to maintain delivery quality during growth
- Maintain 13-week rolling cash flow visibility and surface financial risks
- Build operational infrastructure: SOPs, templates, and checklists
- Report and improve core metrics: MRR health, close rate, and labor efficiency

- Experience leading distributed or global teams and holding people accountable
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and scorecards
- Mandatory prior remote work experience
- Prior experience working with US or UK-based companies
