A stable arbitrage team is looking for an experienced retention manager.

Who we are looking for:

Male, 27–40, 3+ years of experience in forex/binaries

Skills:
— Analytics: segments, metrics, A/B, causality
— CRM: funnels (welcome → activation → winback), triggers, timing
— Communication: calmly works with clients in the red, without pressure
— Forex basics: understands churn, risk management, compliance

Tasks:
— Finds churn points and builds a plan for 2–4 weeks
— Writes for scenarios (negative balance, not trading, disappeared)
— Ensures that retention ≠ spam

Personal qualities:
— Systematic, without chaos
— Empathetic, but relies on numbers
— Tests hypotheses rather than believing “opinions”
— Learns quickly
