We are an iGaming team focused on performance marketing and scaling through Google Ads.
We work with Tier-1 / Tier-2 / Tier-3 GEOs, direct offers, fast decisions, and minimal bureaucracy ⚡️
We are looking not for an executor, but for an owner of the direction who will take Google PPC under their control and turn it into a stable source of profit 💰
Main tasks.
Full management and scaling of Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube, UAC / Discovery (if applicable)
Launching and optimizing iGaming / Gambling campaigns (white / gray)
Working with large budgets (from $50k+ per month, no ceiling)
Searching for and testing hypotheses: creatives, funnels, GEOs, offers
Building and optimizing the funnel: Pre-land, Landing, Conversion events
Monitoring CPA / ROI / LTV / Payback
Scaling working funnels
Reporting and analytics management (not for show, but for decision-making)
Hard Skills (mandatory).
Google Ads — expert level
Deep understanding of Google algorithms
Working with:
Cloaking / Anti-fraud
Bans, appeals, account trust
Ability to launch and scale iGaming / Gambling traffic
Experience working with gray and restricted niches
Scaling while maintaining KPI
Technical skills.
Google Tag Manager
Google Analytics / GA4
Conversion API / server-side tracking
Postback integrations
Understanding of tracking: Keitaro, Binom, Voluum, and similar tools
A/B testing
Understanding of funnel economics
Analytics.
Working with ROI / CPA / LTV / Retention
Ability to read data, not just look at reports
Making decisions based on numbers, not feelings
Soft Skills (critically important).
