📝 Description

📌 What you will do — Conduct interviews and meetings with clients (heads of sales departments, business owners, IT specialists) online (Zoom/Telemost) to analyze current marketing and sales processes; — Perform business analysis: describe and model “as-is” and “to-be” processes for sales funnels, department interaction, and customer service; — Design Bitrix24-based solutions: configure CRM, funnels, smart process funnels, tasks and projects, end-to-end analytics, and access rights; — Formalize requirements: prepare clear technical specifications, user stories, and process diagrams; — Configure basic functionality independently: fields and cards for deals/leads/contacts, triggers and robots, standard business processes, notifications, email and SMS templates; — Organize integrations with external systems: telephony, email, websites and lead capture forms, messengers, marketplaces, and other services (configuration of ready-made modules and APIs). 📌 What we expect — 1–2+ years of experience with Bitrix24: configuring CRM, funnels, automations, access rights, and integrations; — Practical experience managing or describing sales / customer service / B2B processes (you understand how a sales department works from the inside); — Ability to structure tasks and formalize requirements: write technical specifications, checklists, and process diagrams that are clear to both the client and the developer; — Strong spoken and written business communication skills, and the ability to stay focused when communicating with managers and decision-makers. Employment under the Russian Labor Code after the probation period.
