📌 What you’ll be doing
— Manage website development projects from briefing to launch and support;
— Communicate with clients: gather requirements, align on solutions, manage expectations;
— Assign tasks to designers and developers, write technical specifications and checklists;
— Monitor deadlines and quality at every stage, identify risks in time.
📌 What we expect
— You understand how the web development process works: stages, roles, what frontend / backend, CMS, integrations, hosting, SEO settings are — you don’t need to be a developer, but you need to understand how the team works;
— You know how to plan: timelines, budget, resources, priorities;
— You can explain technical things to a client in simple language without losing the meaning;
— You write tasks so there is no ambiguity;
— You have a basic understanding of UX/UI: responsiveness, page structure, user journeys;
— You are organized, detail-oriented and can keep several projects in mind at the same time.
