📝 Description
**🔥 We are looking for a Team Lead of the Technical Department (Head of Tech) for a strong traffic arbitrage team!
**
We are actively scaling and looking for a technical lead. We need someone who will take over the entire IT infrastructure, build uninterrupted processes, and automate routine tasks for the buying department.
Your area of responsibility:
⚙️ Infrastructure: Full control and administration of servers and trackers (deep knowledge of Keitaro).
⚙️ Automation: Building a pipeline for mass generation of white pages, copying, cleaning, and uniqueizing landing pages (via software/scripts).
⚙️ Integrations: Complex API setups, integration with CRM systems, postback and cloaking setup.
⚙️ Stability: Working with domains, Cloudflare, bot protection, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
⚙️ Management: Leading the tech department (assigning tasks to layout developers/junior tech specialists, monitoring their work).
**What we expect from you:
**• Solid experience as a tech lead or senior Tech Specialist in traffic arbitrage.
• Automation skills (ability to write scripts to speed up processes instead of doing everything manually).
• A systematic approach: ability to build a reliable architecture that does not fail when traffic scales.
**What we offer:
**💰 Salary: High fixed salary + bonus structure / KPI (final figures are discussed individually after the interview; we are ready to pay above market for strong experience).
💻 Fully remote format and a reasonable flexible schedule.
🚀 Unlimited budgets for servers, supplies, and necessary software.
🤝 A professional team of buyers, no micromanagement or bureaucracy.
**Ready to take control of the tech side of a strong team?
