📌 Responsibilities
— Turn tasks into a clear plan and keep deadlines on track;
— Communicate with the client: syncs, updates, approvals;
— Manage the team (creators, designers, production, influence);
— Make sure everything reaches the desired result;
— Participate in tenders (organize the process, not write texts manually);
— Keep documents organized (Notion, Google);
— Control budgets and estimates.

— 2–3+ years in an agency (SMM / digital);
— Experience with brand projects, not only small businesses;
— Understanding of how content and production are done;
— Independence: if something is going off track, you notice it and fix it.
