— Organizing estimation processes – work planning, task decomposition, risk analysis;
— Communicating with the client – reporting, expectation management, presenting results.

— IT PM. 3+ years of experience;
— Most recent workplace: a custom development company, outsourcing company, or web studio;
— Experience building projects from scratch;
— Soft skills: proactivity, initiative, and concise communication.
