Responsibilities:
🔴handling requests related to problematic transactions (email and chats)
🔴promptly identifying and resolving payment system failures
🔴monitoring the stability of payment services
🔴making suggestions for optimization and improving system quality
Requirements:
🔴English proficiency at A2 level or higher
🔴strong written and verbal communication skills
🔴stress resistance and a desire to develop
🔴work experience is not required, we provide training from scratch
Conditions:
🔴office-based work, 2/2 schedule
🔴day shifts from 10:00-22:00 or night shifts from 22:00 to 10:00
