— Posting content: Managing social media accounts according to a ready-made content plan (posts, stories, Reels/Shorts across different platforms);
— Media editing: Basic editing and design (carousels, covers, video clips);
— Creative work and copywriting: Looking for trends, references, and news hooks. Writing simple texts for posts and stories;
— Community management: Monitoring comments and messages, promptly passing questions to the tech departments;
— Analytics: Collecting monthly statistics on reach, engagement, and follower growth;
— Teamwork: Collaborating with a designer, marketer, and targetologist.
📌 What we expect
— Confident knowledge of social media interfaces;
— Skills in video editing (CapCut);
— Strong spoken and written Russian;
— Portfolio (even educational or for your own blog). The main thing is that your taste and effort are visible.
