🏅 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
1. 3+ years of experience in B2B technical support or 1+ year of experience as a Developer / Data Scientist.
2. Higher education in IT.
3. Ability to work with technical documentation.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Excellent spoken and written communication.
6. High level of responsibility.
7. Availability of a high-performance laptop.
🏆 WOULD BE A PLUS:
Experience in identity verification / KYC / AML.
🧑🏽💻 WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. Provide relevant answers to all client questions in support chats, occasionally by phone.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products.
3. Perform analytical reviews of situations in identity verification processes (image analysis, basic analytics).
4. Interact with the development team to pass on information about technical issues and suggestions for improving the service.
5. Study the company’s products.
