📋 What you will do

• Launch and scale paid advertising campaigns to acquire Telegram users
• Build and optimize user acquisition and retention funnels
• Develop and manage Telegram bots and automation flows
• Manage and grow Telegram channels and groups
• Create content strategies and oversee community moderation
• Track and optimize performance metrics: ROI, CPA, retention, and LTV
• Test new creatives, funnels, and traffic sources

• 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry
• Proven track record in Telegram Media Buying and traffic acquisition
• Ability to acquire high-quality, non-incentivized traffic
• Strong analytical and optimization skills
• Ability to work independently as no training will be provided
