Alpha Team is a young and well-structured media buying team with expertise in the iGaming vertical The team has already passed the formation stage and is now in a reorganization phase, strengthening internal processes and scalability. We have a full-fledged internal infrastructure: BDM, Tech Specialists, and our own bot for creating creatives. Buyers' costs include only spend and a low agency percentage. We are looking for a specialist who: • has 1+ year of experience in Facebook / iGaming; • confidently works with large advertising budgets and understands how to turn traffic into stable results; • must have up-to-date cases of launches in international markets; • can independently manage the full work cycle: from generating hypotheses and testing creatives to scaling campaigns and deep analytics; • confidently navigates trackers, analytics services, and other tools, and is proactive — someone who does not wait for tasks but independently finds growth points and strengthens results.
