📋 What you will do
- Manage operational activities of the collection department
- Build and develop a team of group leads, supervisors, and collectors
- Monitor departmental performance and KPI targets
- Develop and implement Soft and Hard Collection strategies
- Analyze and optimize collection process efficiency
- Manage overdue debt portfolio and improve recovery rates
- Establish staff motivation, development, and performance evaluation systems
- Ensure team quality and compliance with company standards
- Automate collection processes and implement modern tools
- Coordinate with legal, financial, risk, and operational departments
- Prepare management reports and analytics for leadership
