📋 What you will do
- Develop and implement CRM strategy to increase repeat loans and customer retention
- Build and optimize communication flows via SMS, Push, Email, Telegram, and contact center
- Manage customer segments across all lifecycle stages
- Launch promotions, marketing mechanics, and loyalty programs
- Analyze the performance of CRM channels and marketing activities
- Conduct A/B testing and implement new hypotheses
- Create technical specifications for analysts and developers
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Risk, and Marketing teams

✅ What we expect
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, Lifecycle, or Email Marketing
- Strong understanding of CRM funnels and customer lifecycle
- Experience in MFO/microfinance (required), fintech, lending, or banking
- Ability to segment customer databases and build automated scenarios
- High level of autonomy and result-oriented mindset
