What we expect: - 1+ year of experience in BD, Sales, or Affiliate Management in iGaming. - Ability to find and attract new partners, brands, and advertisers. - Understanding of key metrics (CPL, CPA, RevShare, ROI, CR) and ability to work with them. - Ability to build long-term relationships with brands. - Experience in negotiations and achieving mutually beneficial terms. - English proficiency sufficient for correspondence and calls (B1+). Will be a plus: - Experience working with Tier-1/2 - Knowledge of the traffic arbitrage market and trends. - Experience working with trackers and analytics tools - Existing contacts among advertisers, affiliates, or media buying teams. What you will do: - Search for, attract, and onboard new partners. - Analyze partnership performance, optimize terms and processes. - Conduct negotiations, present offers and terms, motivate partners to work. - Monitor KPI achievement and traffic quality. - Participate in product improvement, collect feedback on cooperation. - Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing brands.
