📌 What you will be doing — Attract new clients and ensure the sales plan is met; — Reach decision-makers, conduct additional briefing, prepare technical specifications and proposal strategy; — Manage the deal cycle: from preparing commercial proposals to presentation, defense, and contract approval; — Develop relationships with new clients, increase the average deal size and profitability; — Conduct competitor research and participate in industry networking; — Participate in agency promotion: case studies, communications, events. 📌 What we expect — Ability to sell B2B services and conduct complex negotiations; — 5+ years of experience in sales/BDM and an understanding of the digital marketing market; — Experience selling services to developers’ marketing departments/commercial divisions; — Knowledge/contacts of decision-makers among Moscow developers (commercial directors/marketing directors); — Skills in working with CRM, analytics, and financial literacy. 📌 What we offer — Remote work format with the need for periodic in-person interaction (coworking, client meetings, events); — A transparent KPI system and opportunities for career growth; — Health care support (voluntary health insurance after 3 months of work).
