📌 What you will be doing — Cold sales: actively working through the client database — outbound calls (B2B segment); — Warm sales: working with inbound leads; — Lead qualification: identifying needs, initial client screening (current processes, logistics scale, project timeline and budget, decision-maker on the client side); — Passing qualified leads to sales managers; — Maintaining reports in AMO CRM; — Participating in exhibitions (3–4 times a year) and collecting leads. 📌 What we expect — Ability to get past gatekeepers to the decision-maker and establish contact; — Ability to speak confidently and to the point; — Higher technical education will be an advantage; — Experience in B2B | IT sales, automation, logistics, ERP/WMS/TMS will be an advantage. 📌 What we offer — Office-only work format (Sokolniki metro station); — CRM, telephony, database, tools — everything is provided; — Employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation from the first working day; — Official income (fixed salary + % of deals).
