Sales Manager (warm leads)

📋 What you will do

• Consult incoming leads and sell telecom services from major providers
• Work in the CRM system and providers' personal accounts

• Experience in phone sales of home internet
• Ability to build rapport easily with strangers
• Readiness for a workload of 5-7 calls per hour
• Hard-working mindset and strong motivation for growth and higher income
• Friendly attitude and willingness to build warm relationships with colleagues
• Comfortable home-working setup
• PC or laptop running Windows 10 or later
• At least 4 GB of RAM
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace during shifts

🎁 What we offer

• Salary: ₽50,000–200,000
• Fully official employment under Russian labor law or a civil-law contract from day one
