📌 What you will do — Select companies from your own database that are a good fit for CallMentor (call center / quality control department, many calls, quality/sales control in place). Lead qualification is discussed individually; — Make a warm intro: introduce the decision-maker to our team (chat/email/call) or pass on the contact with consent; — We handle everything after that: demo, commercial proposal, contract, launch; — You are responsible only for transferring the lead / making the intro. 📌 What we expect — Senior/Lead salespeople with their own B2B database; — Experts/consultants in contact centers, CX, QA, sales, telecom/fintech/retail/medicine/logistics — anywhere with many calls; — Those who want to monetize their network without getting involved in full-cycle sales; — You have access to decision-makers/influencers in companies with call centers (Head of Call Center, Commercial Director, Customer Service Director, Head of Sales/QA); — Experience in B2B/IT/SaaS is a plus, but the key factors are contacts and trust. 📌 We offer — Workload — as convenient for you: this is a partnership/referral model, not a “full-time” role.
