📌 Responsibilities — Analytics and strategy: You will oversee 20 of the largest and most promising projects. You will analyze their “health” daily and identify opportunities for exponential growth; — Connecting link: You will work closely with account managers and targeted ads specialists. You will provide account managers with ready-made offers and ad bundles that “sell” the scaling idea to the client; — Identifying patterns: Analyzing which approaches are working in different niches right now and creating instructions for the team; — Optimization: Spotting inefficient campaigns and implementing improvements. Your work should help support respond faster and help clients spend their budgets more effectively. 📌 What we expect — You have successful experience working with targeted advertising and large budgets in Telegram Ads and/or Avito advertising; — You have a solid marketing background; — You understand patterns: you can see why one creative or strategy “takes off” while another drains the budget. You can explain complex things in simple terms; — You can clearly break down why one creative “took the market by storm” while another failed moderation; — You have already helped major clients scale and increase budgets without losing quality. 📌 We offer — Employment under an employment contract/self-employed status/individual entrepreneur status.
