📌 Responsibilities
— Participate in shaping the company’s positioning and brand development;
— Formulate USPs and product messaging together with the product team;
— Develop the necessary set of assets for the marketing package (brief books, product descriptions, product presentations, white papers, etc.);
— Systematically research the market, competitors, and target audience (segmentation, market size, competitive advantages, barriers, needs);
— Cross-functional collaboration with teams: working with the product, technical, and sales teams, and with a designer;
— Help with events (webinars, conferences, presentations) and with preparing texts and press releases.
📌 What we expect
— Experience in B2B marketing (knowledge of IT and cybersecurity is a plus). Experience in content creation. Writing texts with a focus on value and product: articles, cases, interviews, email sequences, posts;
— Creating content for different stages of the CJM (Customer Journey Map). Working with designers and SMM, digital task setting for visuals and content formats;
— Understanding of how sales funnels, CJM, SWOT analysis, and other analytical marketing approaches are built and work;
— Experience with Figma, Tilda, Visio, and other tools for visualizing and packaging marketing materials is desirable;
— Practical experience launching new products and bringing a brand to market;
— English level B2;
— Confident use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kimi, etc.) will be an advantage.
