📝 Description

📌 What you will do
— Achieve planned targets for collecting applications for the company’s services within the Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Region area;
— Develop and optimize the marketing strategy for promoting the company’s services (advertising, PR, SMM, working with opinion leaders, SEO, and other available tools);
— Search for, test, and implement new lead generation tools, and optimize existing tools;
— Prepare proposals to strengthen the promotion of offers from priority developers within the region;
— Track promotions, special offers, and sales launches from developers in the region;
— Actively work with the company’s sales department to promote the service line within the region;
— Analyze the market and competitive environment;
— Analyze feedback from product users;
— Analyze the effectiveness of marketing channels in the region;
— Analyze the client base;
— Search for ways to increase the active client base in the region;
— Prepare technical specifications, assign tasks, and supervise contractors (our team includes designers, editors, a digital marketer, an event manager, an SMM manager, a videographer, a messenger and CRM marketer);
— Prepare and provide reporting for the region and key performance indicators.
📌 What we expect
— At least 3 years of experience in a marketer or marketing analyst role;
— Experience as a marketer in the real estate industry is required;
— Higher education (preferably in a relevant field);
— Ability to write competently and express thoughts clearly;
— Ability to prioritize and work on several tasks simultaneously;
— Results orientation, ability to independently plan and implement a plan.

— Work schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00, your choice.
