📝 Description

- Daily KPI calculation for each department and employee;
- Building financial models (P&L, LTV calculation by different traffic sources, cash flow statement);
- Controlling the company’s financial flows, cost optimization, accounting and management of all expenses;
- Tracking financial metrics and providing recommendations for improvement;
- Analyzing promising areas and calculating ROI for all projects;
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets; 
- Reporting.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a traffic arbitrage team;
- Experience building complex financial models from scratch (P&L; experience calculating LTV by different traffic sources will also be a huge advantage);
- Excel / Google Sheets skills;
- Responsibility and punctuality;
- Higher education in finance will be a big advantage.

Conditions:

⁃ Fully remote work format;
 ⁃ Full-time schedule (days off are discussed individually);
 ⁃ Salary: 1000$ - 1400$ per month (based on interview results);
 ⁃ Payments on the 1st and 16th to a BEP20 wallet;
 ⁃ Signing an NDA (using passport data and video verification)
