📌 What you will do — Develop existing partners: improve terms, increase rates, reduce holds, increase caps; — Identify new growth opportunities (GEOs, offers, partners) based on traffic and ROI metrics analysis; — Control deal profitability and traffic rotation together with the Account team; — Conduct negotiations and participate in strategic meetings; — Work together with Finance to speed up payouts and reduce DSO; — Analyze funnels and partner performance. 📌 What we expect — Experience in iGaming / Affiliate / Performance marketing; — Negotiation skills with affiliate partners, networks, and direct advertisers; — Ability to analyze reports from tracking platforms (RedTrack, Affise, Voluum, Binom, Keitaro); — Experience optimizing payout terms and cash flow; — English proficiency at B2+ level. 📌 We offer — Schedule — 5/2, flexible start of the day from 10:00 to 11:00; — Office work with all necessary infrastructure in the very center of Novosibirsk.
