📌 Responsibilities
— Manage the project team, make key decisions independently, set KPIs and monitor their achievement;
— Media planning, preparation of commercial proposals;
— Monitor all sources to achieve KPIs;
— Hold sync meetings with the team (once a week + as needed);
— Prepare brief project reviews (short reports once a week);
— Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports;
— Develop new design materials for projects together with specialists;
— Monitor the technical setup of the project (call tracking, end-to-end analytics, counters, goals);
— Develop a promotion strategy for the year/half-year/month (defining the target audience, competitor analysis, sales plan);
— Manage the team (contextual advertising specialists, targeted advertising specialists, classifieds, display advertising, SERM).
📌 Requirements
— Mandatory experience working with real estate;
— Excellent knowledge of internet marketing;
— Knowledge of analytics systems (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, call tracking and end-to-end analytics systems Roistat, Smartis, Calltouch);
— Confident understanding of how Yandex Direct and VK tools work.
