📌 What you will be doing
— Setting up CRM entities (contact, company, deal, lead), smart processes, tasks, projects;
— Configuring sales funnels using robots and triggers;
— Developing and configuring business processes using the Bitrix24 business process designer;
— Layout and setup of document templates;
— Connecting communication channels (telephony, contact forms, online chat, social networks, messengers, etc.);
— Importing Contact, Client, and Deal databases from client files.
📌 What we expect
— Experience configuring complex business processes;
— Ability to deploy the on-premise version of Bitrix24, it’s great if you know the server side, but it’s not required;
— Experience working with APIs and integrating Bitrix24 with third-party systems, including 1C.
